The specialist regeneration business, regionally-based in Warrington, has won a place on the Cutting Edge framework which was first launched in 2011 and delivered more than 5,000 homes during the past five years.
The framework operates on behalf of seven leading Housing Associations within the North West, The Riverside Group; Symphony Housing Group; Progress Housing Group; Regenda; Together Housing Group; Wirral Partnership Homes and Sovini.
Partnerships has also been appointed to the Innovation Chain North West (ICNW) framework, which was formed in 2012 and has delivered more than 4,000 homes. ICNW will now deliver £500m worth of new housing from 2016 to 2020 for 30 Housing Associations in the region, including lead member Great Places Housing Group.
Darren Leary, development director at Galliford Try Partnerships North West, said: “We are delighted to have secured a place on these two major frameworks with the leading Registered Providers in the North West.
“Delivering through these frameworks is a key element in our growth strategy. As well as allowing us to develop our relationships with housing association partners and help build sustainable communities, securing these opportunities crucially gives us the platform to further accelerate our mixed tenure offer throughout the region.”
