Browne Jacobson will be quadrupling its existing office accommodation in the North West when it moves into its new premises in September 2017.
The company has signed a 10-year lease on 11,055 sq ft of Grade A high performance office space in the heart of the award-winning Spinningfields estate.
The firm will leave Picadilly Place and relocate to temporary premises at Tower 12 in Spinningfields this month until work is completed on Manchester’s new flagship office development.
Sarah Walker Smith, chief operating officer at Browne Jacobson, said: “We are really excited at the prospect of moving to No.1 Spinningfields.
“We see this as a game changer for Browne Jacobson in the North West and is another major milestone on our journey to develop and grow our offering, both regionally and nationally.
“Our move into the heart of one of the most successful financial and commercial districts in Europe is a reflection of our confidence in our Manchester team and our ambitions to grow our North West operation even further.”
Over the last five years Browne Jacobson has seen revenues grow nationally by over 80%. The Manchester office, which has seen significant headcount growth since its opening in February 2012, has also posted impressive financial results with 25% growth for 2015/16.
