Crewe-headquartered Bentley Motors has been recognised as a Top Employer for the seventh consecutive year, reflecting the company’s investment in talent and personal development.
The award - presented by the Top Employers Institute - highlighted Bentley’s emphasis on continuous improvement, employee conditions and dedication to the company’s 4,000-strong workforce.

In a demonstration of the company’s commitment to future talent, Bentley Motors is currently launching its latest recruitment campaign for apprentices, undergraduates and graduates, covering all business areas. the new cohort, starting in autumn 2018 will join the 250 people already on trainee programmes.
Looking even further ahead, Bentley is playing a pivotal role in the Crewe Engineering and Design University Technical College. The school offers an inspiring education for 14-18 year olds seeking a pathway to future employment.
