Greater Manchester firm aims to smash £20m barrier in 2018

Price comparison service Love Energy Savings predicts its turnover will break the £20m barrier by the end of 2018.

The firm, which employs 202 staff over two offices in Bolton, celebrated a record year in 2017 - turning over £16.7m.

Love Energy Savings compares more than 150 energy tariffs from over 18 different suppliers, and prides itself on the transparency it offers customers.

Managing director Phil Foster said: “The driving force behind Love Energy Savings growth has been openness and a commitment to customer service. We want to provide UK businesses with the best service possible while saving them money on their electricity, gas and water bills.

“In 2018, we are aiming for 60,000 new contracts. Some of those will be new customers, and many others will be returning for the fifth or sixth time. I couldn’t be more delighted with 2017 and I am so excited about the opportunities for growth in the coming year.

“Our continued success would not have been possible if it weren’t for a wonderful team delivering substantial organic growth year after year.

“Breaking records in 2017 was a testament to our employees.

“Superlative customer service is at the heart of everything we do at Love Energy Savings, and has been the cornerstone of our success.

“This is only going to improve over the next year as we cement our position as the UK’s leading business energy comparison service.

“We are committed to leading the way in digital innovation and are delighted it has allowed us to become one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the country.”

Last year, Love Energy Savings launched its new corporate services division, extending its service into the industrial and commercial sector to support bigger businesses and major energy users.
