Jon Wyles of Exponential Advisers
The former CEO of a private equity-backed self-storage company has set up a new venture to help business owners realise their ambitions.
Jon Wyles has launched Exponential Advisers to work with entrepreneurs to build value by putting in place successful growth strategies.
He was the founder of Smart Storage, which has six sites across the North West. He then moved to Vancouver from where he set up and grew another storage business, Stop and Store, across 10 sites in the United States and Canada.
Now back in the UK, he has teamed up with Nick Mason, owner of North West PR and Marketing firm Mason, to roll out Exponential, initially across Cheshire, Wirral, North Wales and Merseyside.
Exponential’s core services include operations, finance, marketing and people with other specialist areas being added over the coming months.
The business is based in Neston, Cheshire.
Jon said: “During the past 12 years, both in the UK and North America, I have amassed a huge amount of knowledge and experience of developing and scaling businesses.
“Exponential is all about working with entrepreneurs to enable them to achieve their goals by putting in place the right strategies for accelerated growth.
“This is about ensuring the best possible structures and processes, robust financial management, cutting edge marketing and having the right people on board.”
Nick Mason said: “Jon and I have talked about setting up a business together for a number of years and Exponential instinctively felt like the right vehicle for us to do this.
“We look forward to partnering with business owners and helping them realise their own business and personal goals.”
