Warrington Based Triton Construction has acquired Merseyside’s Remstone Construction in a deal that will scale their group turnover significantly this year.
The Triton group, led by MD Michael Parkinson is confident that with the resurgence in construction following the recent Brexit induced uncertainty, they can double the turnover of the Remstone Construction Business within the year.
Triton who have been working hard to strengthen their presence in the North West Region, will continue to trade as Remstone Construction. The other Remstone Property and Development activities remain unaltered. Their first task will be to take on the redevelopment of sites in South and Central Liverpool developing 10,700 sq.ft. of office space and 123,290 sq.ft. of industrial space to support the economic regeneration of the area.
