Joe Thompson and Martin Robert Hall
Manchester’s leading business coach, Martin Robert Hall, is bringing his highly successful Motivational Mondays campaign back to the city for spring 2019.
Last autumn, Martin brought his unique brand of leadership and performance coaching to Manchester’s top businesses, in an initiative designed to celebrate 10 years in the business, and to raise money for Bloodwise.
Martin helps both business leaders and elite athletes to be inspirational leaders, perform at their best and exceed their goals. Because he instils a winning and positive mindset in those whom he coaches, Martin’s work has profoundly affected many individuals who attribute their high profile success stories to his tailored training and methods.
Martin uses his sports psychology ethos to transform the outlook of top managers, helping them with mental agility, focus, resilience and leadership skills.
The campaign last year saw Martin deliver a series of mini motivational presentations to larger Manchester businesses. The sessions were free, but anyone attending could voluntarily donate to Martin’s JustGiving campaign for Bloodwise if they wanted to.
Bloodwise is a charity supported and endorsed by both Martin and professional footballer, Joe Thompson, Martin’s long-standing friend and client. Joe overcame blood cancer twice, returning to the pitch to score the winning goal that kept his club, Rochdale AFC, in the league on the final day of the 2017/18 season - an accomplishment that he attributes in part to his coaching with Martin, which helped him to remain focused and positive throughout this challenging period in his life.
In April, May and June 2019, Martin will continue the hugely successful campaign with a fresh approach - delivering free mini motivational training sessions to the huge number of smaller businesses and start-ups that utilise the exciting co-working spaces in city centre Manchester.
Martin commented: “Manchester is well known for its vibrant start-up scene. It’s an exciting city and the small business, freelance and entrepreneur sector is booming, with our co-working spaces full of incredible individuals and small businesses that are pushing boundaries both nationally and globally.
“Smaller businesses, entrepreneurs and start-ups are always very receptive to training and self-development, so this is an ideal opportunity to partner with these business leaders and owners in Manchester’s burgeoning enterprise community, to spread motivation and a winning mindset throughout our city.
“The feedback from the first leg of the Motivational Mondays campaign last year was terrific, and I hope that the second phase of the campaign will be equally as successful for the businesses and individuals involved.”
