Media agency group appoints former COO of Noir Agency to support digital growth
ClickTap Media, the digital division of Media Agency Group (MAG), has brought in the former Chief Operating Officer of the Noir Agency, Alex Mellor, to nurture client relationships and support business growth after an impressive start to 2018.
Alex, who was one of the founders of award-winning Noir agency, has extensive experience in the digital industry having previously worked with Social Chain, managing social media marketing campaigns for an impressive roster of global clients, including; Puma, Asos and Hungry House.
Duncan Ainscough joins Gordon Brothers as managing director
Gordon Brothers, the global advisory, restructuring, and investment firm, has appointed Duncan Ainscough to head up the valuation and industrial division in Europe.
Duncan has deep knowledge and understanding of used equipment markets having held senior management roles with leading global surplus asset management and valuation firms.
Duncan will be based in the London office, but will serve the market across Europe, building on the existing valuation platform and expanding the industrial practice.
Across all industrial sectors he will look to acquire obsolete or surplus assets, providing risk-free, guaranteed and immediate capital for companies during restructuring or M&A processes.
Warm welcome for Sean at REIDsteel
The Dorset steel construction company has appointed a new business relationship director to help drive ambitious growth plans.
Christchurch-based John Reid & Sons has strengthened its business development department with experienced industry professional Sean Burchell.
Sean has been appointed in a newly created post as 130-strong REIDsteel targets 20 per cent growth over the next five years.

Cyber security specialist Arcturus has announced three new appointments to its penetration testing team, enhancing its ability to provide comprehensive security testing services to clients in a broad range of sectors.
The three new security consultants, Craig Lawson, Alex Mayne, and Rory Mackie, will be responsible for in-depth testing and evaluation of the security defences of clients, as well as developing bespoke new tools.

New regional manager appointed to help South SME businesses
Lloyds Bank Commercial Banking has appointed a new regional manager to help support SME businesses in Southampton and Portsmouth manage their working capital.
Chris Furnell will be responsible for helping SME businesses across both areas to analyse and reduce the amount of money they have tied up in day-to-day costs such as stock and unpaid invoices.
Chris has worked at Lloyds Bank for the last 20 years across different departments, all relating to invoice finance. He will report directly into Stephen Hand, area director for London and the South East for Lloyds Bank Global Transaction Banking, SME.
