Birmingham Properties Group has purchased the freehold of Kensington House at Suffolk Street Queensway, located near major retail and leisure facilities at The Mailbox and New Street Station, for an undisclosed sum.
The 52,000sq ft, seven-storey office building, which has 12,000sq ft of ground floor retail and leisure space, includes recently refurbished open-plan office accommodation on the 5th and 6th floors.
Tenants include financial services firm Deloitte, the UK Border Agency, and training and employment company Seetec Group.
