Multinational consultancy group McKinsey & Co has become the first company to take up space at The Post in London’s West End.
The deal has been hailed as yet another success story for the capital's burgeoning commercial property sector which has continued to flourish post-EU referendum.
McKinsey will take up 100,000 sq ft of space at the former Royal Mail sorting office which has recently been converted into office and retail space.
The company will move from its current offices in Jermyn Street, where it has 115,000 sq ft, next year.
McKinsey was advised by CBRE and Olswang and Oxford Properties and Brockton Capital LLP were advised by JLL and Nabarro.
