Britannia House in Wallasey is now fully let after three new tenants signed up to take space at the site.
Peel Land and Property continue to sign tenants to the Wirral Commercial Portfolio, with Britannia House in Wallasey now fully let.
New tenants include Recipro Limited, Wirral Bankrupt Stock and Coatings Limited, who occupy the largest unit on the site at just over 15,000 sq ft.
Robyn Walters, property manager for Peel’s Wirral portfolio said: “We offer a wide range of units from smaller sites for start-ups, to large units for established operators and we continue to see a steady stream of interest and subsequent lettings across the portfolio.
"Our sites all benefit from competitive rates and excellent access to the Mersey tunnel, M53 and wider motorway network. We are very pleased with the way the portfolio is performing and we will be striving to further improve our Wirral assets going forward.”
