Property consultants Cushman & Wakefield and PPH Commercial have been appointed to market the 50.2-acre development site near the port of Immingham in Lincolnshire.
The Immingham Port location is a greenfield industrial site which has Enterprise Zone status and is owned by Associated British Ports (ABP).
The site has outline planning for industrial and warehouse & distribution uses.
Cushman & Wakefield and PPH Commercial are marketing the site on behalf of ABP on a leasehold basis although sales may be considered.
The site is strategically located close to the
