Two insolvency practices, Benedict Mackenzie (BM) and SA Insolvency (SAI), have merged in a bid designed to boost their expansion and client service.
SAI has branches in Worcester, Hereford and Northampton, while BM operates across London and the South East. The

BM focuses on bringing pragmatic and practical advice to the SME market, working with owner managed business, be they limited companies, limited liability partnerships, sole traders or partnerships as well as individuals facing financial difficulties.
Services offered include formal insolvency guidance and consultancy as well as business turnaround advice and strategy implementation.
BM works with business advisers to provide specialist advice on business rescue and recovery, liquidation, administration and company voluntary arrangements.
