The company, which launched in October 1991, sells and servicing photocopiers from a workshop in Hunslet, Leeds.
After starting out with just 10 employees, Arena Group has since grown to over 160 employees, and has an annual turnover of £19m and offices across the North of England and the Midlands.
Arena has embraced emerging technologies over the last 25 years, adding software development to its portfolio and purchasing Mital in 2006 to enable customers’ to manage documents digitally.
The company now aims to put customers at the heart of the business and continues to ensure satisfaction levels remain over 98%.
