The company started at the Deep Business Centre in 2009 with only one employee and has now grown into the centres largest tenant.
The growth has seen Vizion expand by more than 5,000 sq ft to accommodate the growing team as it looks to become the UK's biggest general motor repair management company.
Tracey Taylor, Vizion's operations manager, said the company is poised for further growth as management bid to secure more big deals which are in the pipeline.
Taylor said: “Things are looking positive and we are exploring more options for additional office space.
“Most of the new jobs have gone to local people because there are a lot of people in the Hull area who have call centre experience and they like working here because it's a modern business centre and it's very close to the city centre, which makes things convenient for them.”
Taylor increased the team at The Deep gradually. By May 2014 the company had built its workforce to around 30 and had expanded into 1,000 sq ft. At the end of 2014 they moved into the new 5,000 sq ft suite as they embarked on further recruitment.
She added: “Since our last move in Christmas 2014 we have had two more major contracts go live and we have also picked up a number of other clients.
“We expected staffing levels to reach 100 by the end of 2015 but we got there ahead of schedule so we've taken more than 1,000 sq ft of additional space because we were running out of seats!”
