Following its enormous success in Twickenham and Bracknell, Blue’s Smokehouse is opening a new restaurant and bar on Slough's High Street.
The fast-casual American eatery whose motto is “arrive hungry, leave happy” will be located a few yards away form the much anticipated arts and cultural centre, The Curve.
Blue’s Smokehouse first opened in Bracknell in May 2014 and has spent the last two years refining its offering.
Shabnam Ali, economic growth and enterprise manager at Slough Borough Council, welcomed the restaurant to the town.
He said: "Along with other members of the Slough Town Centre Partnership, I am delighted to welcome Blue’s Smokehouse Restaurant to the centre of town.
"They are in good company with other retail partners such as Mark and Spencer, Boots, Starbucks and many others.
"They bring with them, a unique offer in the food and beverage sector providing choice and diversity to people of Slough.
"We are pleased to have been able to help with introductions to the Job Centre and other local partners, all of whom have helped in setting down the restaurant.
"Blue’s Smokehouse Restaurant look to be employing between 35 and 40 full and part time staff and will make a positive contribution to the local economy."
