Leeds United strikes 32Red deal

Leeds United has today announced that it has signed a deal with 32Red which will see the company become the new Official Shirt Sponsor as of July.

The deal will see the 32Red logo adorn the front of Leeds United's playing kit for the next three seasons.

The partnership will provide 32Red with a strategic platform to further increase awareness of their brand, with extensive brand visibility inside Elland Road and across the club’s various media platforms.

32Red have recently sponsored both Swansea City and Aston Villa in the Premier League, as well as Scottish giants Rangers. Leeds United supporters will have access to over 500 online casino games on 32Red’s multi-award-winning website.

Paul Bell, Leeds United’s executive director, said: "We are delighted to announce a three-year shirt sponsorship deal with 32Red PLC, the UK's premier online casino entertainment brand. We are hugely excited by this partnership and the opportunities it will deliver for all involved.

"32Red are a modern, forward-thinking brand with a long-standing and successful history of sponsoring high-profile teams within football and we are delighted to welcome them into our commercial partners programme.

“We look forward to building a strong relationship between our two brands both on and off the field as we seek to return to the Premier League.

"Our commercial partners are extremely important to the club and we would like to thank 32Red for their support."

Ed Ware, CEO of 32Red, added: “We are delighted to be working with Leeds United Football Club, a true giant of English football with an amazing and passionate fan-base.

"We have a proud history of successful football club sponsorship deals and this is a fantastic opportunity to work with such an iconic club and showcase the 32Red brand. We look forward to our association with Leeds United over the coming seasons.”

The new Leeds United 201617 home kit, which will be released this summer, will see the 32Red logo appear in blue on the front of the club’s famous white shirt.

Leeds is becoming somewhat of a hotbed for the gambling and gaming industry with Sky Betting & Gaming also recently investing in the city with an extra 104,000 sq ft at 6 Wellington Place.
