The Aquila Insight team will work alongside BA’s in-house analytics team driving the international airline’s customer relationship management strategy.
Other esteemed contracts include HomeServe, Sony Mobile, Tesco Bank and Swinton Insurance.
The firm revealed a turnover growth of over 100%, increasing £4.2m for 201516, having doubled its turnover year on year since its launch in 2012.
With plans to expand overseas, Aquila Insight continues to recruit at a pace of 12 new analysts every quarter across its UK offices, and has grown from 2 founding partners to over 75 staff.
