An entrepreneurial Worcestershire couple are growing their business by expanding into a new studio in Bromsgrove.

Stuart Smith and Joanne Sears set up Flash Photography to turn their shared hobby into a business, after previously working freelance around their full-time jobs.

They have now moved into their new 809 sq ft studio, at 4A Worcester Road, after being helped by Redditch property agents John Truslove.

Joanne said: “We have been freelancing for about two years while continuing with what we previously did – Stuart was in the building trade and I was in recruitment -now we are taking our hobby and making it into a career.”

Flash Photography will mainly deal with family photographs, weddings and product shots during their five year lease on Worcester Road.

The studio is open for the public to view and browse Stuart and Joanne’s photography, and is also available for hire for other photographers in the area.

Ian Parker, a director of John Truslove, said: “It is great to be able to help people achieve their ambitions.”

The new studio is in a prominent position just off Bromsgrove High Street and within the town centre.
