The Ayr-based firm, which currently employs 62 members of staff, is embarking on the recruitment drive as it relocates to new, larger premises.
The firm is part of the Stewart Travel brand which has outlets in Ayr and Prestwick.
Leigh Collis, the firm’s head of cruise, said: "We are all absolutely delighted to finally be installed in our new offices in Ayr. Our old building had served us well in previous years.
“However, the business has expanded so much, especially over the last couple of years that we simply outgrew it and needed to find somewhere larger and much more central to cope with the demands of our clients.”
Marketing director Brian Wright added: “With the business growing at such a dynamic pace it was important to move quickly to secure much larger premises. If all goes according to plan we expect that our staffing levels will exceed 100 and possibly double to 120 or thereabouts within a 6-12 month period.
“Inside, the new offices will offer a much more customer friendly environment. There will be a cruise lounge where clients can enjoy the cruise experience as they meet our experts if they wish to on a face-to-face basis instead of dealing over the phone.
“We are sure customers old and new will be delighted with the new development.”
