Novo Incident Management have stayed in the Quay, moving offices as business expansion caused them to outgrow their original space - and the company is already anticipating needing more space soon.
Meanwhile JFKDiamonds has moved into the suite vacated by Novo, relocating from The Plaza as the business goes from strength to strength.
Novo Incident Management is a provider of niche & specialist claims management solutions and replacement vehicles to insurers, brokers as well as private clients.
Director James Allenby said: “We have been at The Quay for a number of years now and the building reflects our brand values while the Liverpool Waters location gives us a fantastic level of kudos, especially when clients visit.
“Our business has done fantastically well so far, in fact we are miles ahead of our initial projections and we are delighted to be able to stay at The Quay and enjoy all its benefits and not have to search round the city centre for an alternative building. Already we are anticipating a further expansion and I am confident Liverpool Waters will be able to accommodate us.”
Jeremy Fischer, who crafts handmade engagement wedding and eternity rings and one off commissions, said: “JFK’s reputation for supplying first class jewellery is growing rapidly and becoming extremely busy and it was time for me to make the move into first class serviced office accommodation. The Quay meets all my needs and I will be able to grow my business further from the new premises.”
Liza Marco, asset manager at Peel, said: “It’s excellent news that these two businesses are expanding through their success and we are delighted to be able to meet their office accommodation needs and we anticipate continuing to do so as their businesses continue to grow.
The Quay is based on the ground floor of No.12 Princes Dock and offers a range of flexible office suites from 100 sq ft to 600 sq ft. All the suites offer impressive waterside views across Princes Dock.
