The online clothing store, which offers casual and evening wear for women, was founded in May this year and has already made plans to significantly boost its offering, expanding its current 74-piece product line to 500 by May 2017.
The company’s founder, engineer turned entrepreneur, Elombar Izzi said: "Audacious Style is aimed at the 18 to 30-year-old woman who is confident in her own skin and not afraid to try new things. Our inaugural collection, entitled ‘Be Bold’ really channels these ideals and takes inspiration from key Catwalk trends."
The firm began to expand their team in June with the appointment of Catriona, who graduated from Nescol college with a HND in textiles. She is responsible for buying and wholesale within the business as well as social media.
Audacious Style now has plans to increase its workforce and is looking to recruit budding fashion and logistics talent from the Aberdeen area. Due to the firm’s continued upwards trajectory Izzi predicts they could outgrow their current premises at Deemouth Business Centre within the next year.
Izzi said: "We’re very much led by personal values and we want to build Audacious Style into a reliable business, measured by customer satisfaction."
Prior to launching Audacious Style in May 2016, Izzi spent eight years as an engineer and consultant, before moving on to start a finance company investing in sectors including oil and gas.
This sparked an entrepreneurial streak, and having always had a keen interest in the fashion industry, Izzi decided to take advantage of a gap in the market.
Though there’s a clear difference between the two industries, Izzi says he gained valuable experience during his previous career: "I was really blessed to work with some great managers and learned from them the importance of integrity, innovation and leadership. These values are essential to growing a lasting company that can adapt to a such a fast-moving marketplace."
