Aberdeen based Atlas Knowledge Group has seen turnover rise 1.2% to £7.1m
The company has started the new financial year with £42m of contracted revenue spread out over the next eight years, including four international multi-year contract wins worth £18m bringing its total reach to 110 countries worldwide.
Chairman Robert Morgan said: “These are outstanding results in the current climate.
"Our resilient performance, in the face of considerable market disruption and the lowest oil price for more than a decade, has been driven by a strengthened business model.”
Atlas’ growth strategy, including an investment in new product lines and technologies and improved operational strategy, has taken the company beyond its traditional upstream oil and gas market.
This diversification has allowed the firm to double its client base to over 1,600 companies and provide its digital learning solutions to a workforce of over 6.4m worldwide.
In total Atlas launched five new products and 16 new service options across 201415 in order to make training more accessible to clients.
The company’s success is hoped to continue throughout the next financial year, with Morgan adding: “In addition to a growing requirement for evidence-based technical qualifications we are seeing a continued appetite in the marketplace for smart, innovative and intuitive technologies fit for modern working in today’s business environment.”
