Graham's The Family Dairy launch quark range

This June sees Graham’s The Family Dairy launch its exciting new quark range, with multiple listings across the UK.

Quark, a natural, fat free and high protein soft cheese, is a versatile product that can be eaten on its own or used for cooking and baking a number of sweet and savoury recipes.

Graham’s quark will be available in stores from early June with listings including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Ocado.

In addition, Graham’s have secured listings with Asda and Lidl in Scotland and Aldi across all regions.

Last year Graham’s confirmed it would extend its existing range of award-winning milk, butter, ice cream, cheese, yogurt and cream into quark, cottage cheese and soured cream.

Made from fresh milk from their 100 farming partners, Graham’s quark is a high quality, smooth and hugely versatile product with tremendous taste in both flavours.

Robert Graham, managing director of Graham’s The Family Dairy, said: “The majority of quark on offer in the UK is imported from Germany and we firmly believe that ours is a superior, smoother and hugely versatile quark that tastes fantastic.”

“New product development is crucial for our business and we’re delighted to be entering this market at what is an exciting time of growth for the product.

“We’ve a large number of great listings across the UK and we plan to expand our reach further in the coming months.”

Carol Graham, marketing director at Graham’s The Family Dairy said:“High quality, great tasting, local produce has always been at the heart of our range and our quark is no different.

“Quark is a fantastic, versatile product that the whole family has been experimenting with, we all try to ensure we eat a healthy diet, so as a naturally low fat, high protein product that tastes lovely, it’s a great option and is incredibly easy to use.

“In terms of the market, quark will appeal to slimmers but also those people simply looking for naturally healthier, low fat options.”
