Quark, a natural, fat free and high protein soft cheese, is a versatile product that can be eaten on its own or used for cooking and baking a number of sweet and savoury recipes.
Graham’s quark will be available in stores from early June with listings including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Morrisons and Ocado.
In addition, Graham’s have secured listings with Asda and Lidl in Scotland and Aldi across all regions.
Last year Graham’s confirmed it would extend its existing range of award-winning milk, butter, ice cream, cheese, yogurt and cream into quark, cottage cheese and soured cream.
Made from fresh milk from their 100 farming partners, Graham’s quark is a high quality, smooth and hugely versatile product with tremendous taste in both flavours.
