Evans Cycles moves to Aberdeen

Cycle retailer Evans Cycles has expanded into north east Scotland and opened its first store in Aberdeen.

The new store will add to the firm’s portfolio, joining three other existing stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

The new store, leased by property consultancy CBRE Aberdeen, extends to around 4,000 sq ft and allows the retailer to access a brand new customer base following a ten year commitment to the city.

Iain Landsman, associate director of CBRE Aberdeen, said: “It is fantastic that Evans Cycles has chosen to open its first store in Aberdeen. It is a great addition to the city which has a strong cycling heritage.

“The unit has superb prominence being located on Great Northern Road, making it an excellent choice for a high profile national retailer like Evans Cycles.”
