Plot C at Rutherglen Links Business Park, a 12 acre development by Clyde Gateway, has been purchased for speculative build purposes by the commercial property division of Harris Finance.
The organisation will invest around £2.5m on the site to build 30,000sq. ft. of speculative units which have the potential to create 55 jobs for the local community.
