Scottish health care business Black & Lizars has partnered with one of Glasgow’s newest medical enterprises to boost optical care for patients.
The partnership with Glasgow Medical Rooms aims to encourage people to have regular sight tests and make lifestyle choices that improve their vision and general wellbeing.
Black & Lizars provides a full-range of NHS-supported services and the latest optical care technology for all patients. The Glasgow-based company has 24 branches in Scotland and one in Belfast.
The new alliance will facilitate early treatment if problems are uncovered during an optical examination.
Michelle Le Prevost, who was appointed as managing director at Black & Lizars earlier this year, said: "Eye examinations can reveal a number of medical conditions. We want to refer our clients to a highly professional practitioner who shares our ethos of providing the best possible quality of care."
Dr O'Neill, founder of Glasgow Medical Rooms, added: "Black & Lizars is one of the most highly-regarded health care companies in Scotland. It has continually invested in the most up-to-date optical technology. I will be pleased to refer my patients to their expert care for eye and hearing issues."
