Walker Wylie, the Glasgow-based agency, hopes to drive a digital change in the way estate agencies engage with customers.
Barry Walker and Stuart Wylie have pooled their knowledge of the property market to set up the agency, and already has listed more than 25 properties, with more than 70% now sold or under offer.
Walker Wylie has combined traditional services with online convenience to improve services and ensure that ensures fees are kept to a minimum.
Barry Walker, director of Walker Wylie said: "It was our goal to create a business model that combined the benefits of traditional estate agency service with online convenience.
"Our approach is not to be mistaken with online agents who simply offer a means of listing your home on website portals.
"We recognise the importance of experienced local knowledge to ensure you receive the best market advice."
Walker Wylie now has plans to build on its initial success over the next 12 months by listing around 200 properties with a sales target of 90 per cent.
