The international support services and construction group has agreed an initial 12-month lease at Unit L3, which extends to 19,000 sq ft. The property has recently been fully refurbished to provide a high quality storage and distribution facility with dedicated service yard and car parking areas.
Interserve is involved in several major projects across Scotland including the Haymarket development in Edinburgh and will use the unit to service its contracts in the west of Scotland.
Hugh Canham, asset manager at Moorfield Group said: "Time and time again, Westway Park is providing the ideal base for companies requiring quality industrial space, but crucially in a location which offers a secure environment and excellent communication links. Interserve is precisely the type of occupier that will benefit from a Westway location and all the facilities that we offer on site."
Craig Semple of joint agent Bilfinger GVA added: "We were able to facilitate this deal in a timely manner, in order to meet Interserve’s business needs."
Westway Park joint agents are JLL and Bilfinger GVA, who advised Moorfield Group. Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Interserve.
