Prezzo, which specialises in Italian food and hospitality, has signed a 25-year lease, to join All Bar One and Marriott Hotels in taking space at the transformational mixed-use project.
Mackie’s on the other hand has announced that it will open a flagship ice cream parlour and coffee shop at Marischal Square, signing a 15 year lease.
Steve Turner, regional director for developer Muse, said: "We’re delighted to welcome two more iconic brands to Marischal Square.
"Prezzo is a renowned restaurant brand and we believe they are showing real confidence in the Aberdeen market by extending their presence and creating new jobs in the city, despite a difficult economic climate.
"Mackie’s plans are exciting, innovative and exactly the kind of business proposition we are looking to bring to the project.
"The ambition from day one was to make Marischal Square work for all involved and deliver a transformational development which would provide significant employment and business opportunities for this vital city centre area."
