Strathclyde's institute of pharmacy and biomedical sciences building in Glasgow
Scottish businesses are being invited to get involved with Strathclyde Business School’s ‘Engage with Strathclyde’ week to find out how they could work more closely with the university.
Now in its sixth year, Engage with Strathclyde will see the university host more than 50 events from 2-5 May, showcasing research and innovation from across the university’s four faculties.
The week-long series of events, provides opportunities for delegates from public, private and voluntary organisations to engage with the university, helping to identify shared priorities and build relationships that could lead to future collaborations.
University-wide events kick off on 2 May, while Business School events begin on Wednesday, 3 May with a Glasgow Powerhouse event. The powerhouse series of events examines a key area of the city’s economy where delegates can hear from a panel of experts on the city’s current status and future opportunities.
There will also be events to discuss how the university supports young people in Glasgow who are currently disengaged from education, how it supports family businesses and sessions addressing authentic leadership and change management.
