Procure Wizard, which provides online procurement solutions for the UK hospitality sector, has been acquired by the Access Group.
Founded in 2009 by former hotelier William Gorol, the Edinburgh-based software firm boasts over 25,000 users and 200 clients.
Its online platform enables hospitality businesses, large and small, to streamline back-office processes, to deliver measurable cost savings, improved profitability and labour efficiencies.
Procure Wizard also offers food, beverage and laundry control solutions, time and attendance, menu engineering and contract management and a unique scanning solution that enables operators to capture 100% of their inbound invoices.
In less than eight years, it has established itself as the dominant player in online procurement for the UK hospitality sector with clients including Patisserie Valerie, Macdonald Hotels & Resorts, Bill’s, Le Bistrot Pierre, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Peach Pubs and Company of Cooks to name just a few.
Now, the company is getting set to write a new chapter after being acquired by the Access Group, one of the UK’s leading providers of software to the best and fastest growing mid-market businesses based in Colchester, Essex.
