Morton Fraser, the independent law firm, has been appointed by VisitScotland to manage the legal requirements for its property portfolio in Scotland.
The three-year contract includes commercial conveyancing legal services for both the acquisition and sale of VisitScotland properties, as well as litigation and other advisory services.

This is the second VisitScotland contract which the Public Sector team has won in the last year through a competitive tender process.
Morton Fraser has one of the largest Public Sector teams in Scotland with over 80 specialists and more than 100 clients.
Current Public Sector clients include City of Edinburgh Council, Ministry of Defence, Scottish and UK Governments, SEPA and Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire Councils.
