We welcome the submission of general content for BQlive.co.uk. Please send your news stories and press releases to our central inbox; this means that as different members of the BQ team work on stories, they will definitely see yours!

Our standards and guidelines
Have you used/received my press release?
If we've used your release, then it'll be right here on the website! Each member of our editorial team receives well over 100 press releases per day to review. Inevitably, we can't use them all and we can't provide feedback individually. We have no problem with you re-sending unused releases through again.
Can I call you to tell you I'm about to email you a press release?
It would help us greatly if you didn't. We value speaking to everyone that we can, but time spent on these activities is less time we can spend actually putting your valuable content online. Your co-operation with this is greatly appreciated.
