Working with Intraining has given the Institute of British Sign Language (IBSL) the opportunity to upskill a member of its staff through apprenticeships.
Chloe Tolfree, 20, from Northwich, in Cheshire, is the PA to IBSL’s executive director Michelle Jones and is currently studying a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship through Intraining as part of her personal development plan with the organisation.

The apprenticeship has been such as success that Chloe is now an Apprentice Ambassador for Intraining where she is helping to promote the value of apprenticeships to other employers and potential apprentices across the country.
