Non-executive director at Swansea Building Society joins Cardiff Business Club’s board
Non-executive director at Swansea Building Society, John Union, has joined the Board of Cardiff Business Club. Mr Union, an experienced corporate banking professional with a strong reputation in Wales, was recently welcomed to the business club’s board, replacing Jemma Terry.
Construction company appoints new director to board
The construction division of The Premier Group, specialists in retail forecourts and commercial fuel installations, has appointed a new director to its board, strengthening the company’s leadership with a dedicated staff member. Shane Fairburn has worked with the Swansea-based company since June 2014. He has undertaken various roles during his time with the company including project manager, head of major works and most recently, head of contracts.
Kilsby Williams adds value to tax team with two new recruits
Kilsby Williams continues to expand its tax department and invest in young talent. Tom Davies and Ellie Greenwood have joined the team as tax assistants and both look forward to building successful careers with the firm. The new recruits hope to achieve their ACA and CTA qualifications at their new roles.
