QualitySolicitors Talbots, with seven offices across the Black Country and Worcestershire, has completed more than 8,000 property cases in the last twelve months, making £4.2m in fees which is a 25% increase on the previous year.
In the past twelve months, activity has almost doubled in its dedicated ‘new build’ conveyancing team and places QualitySolicitors Talbots in the top two law firms in the country providing this niche service.
“It has been a fantastic year for our residential property team and this is reflected in our strong performance for December, when we were positioned in the top 10 most active firms in the UK,” explained Mary Mocklow, Director at QualitySolicitors Talbots.
She continued: “Our strength lies in the vast array of knowledge we have at our disposal, with our experts boasting more than 200 years’ experience in all aspects of property law.
QualitySolicitors Talbots is looking to build on this success even further in 2016 by increasing annual fees to £5m.
As part of this strategy, the firm has internally appointed Keith Yates as Head of Residential Property.
He said: “Property is much more than just bricks and mortar and, despite our growth, we are focused on personal service and understanding exactly what support our clients require.”
