Acivico currently employs around 500 people, of which around 230 will be based at Louisa House.
Chief executive Trevor Haynes said: “We are looking forward to moving to Quay Place this Summer. It is a significant event in the young life of Acivico, which marks the start of growth, independence and establishing our brand in professional and commercial surroundings.
“With part of our core service sitting in the design and construction arena we plan to use this fantastically positioned property to showcase our in house expertise, which will help us continue to lay down more roots as a thriving Birmingham company. I look forward to working with all stakeholders on this exciting project.”
Quay Place comprises six separate office buildings, totaling 101,256 sq ft, configured around a central courtyard.
Tenants include Legal Ombudsman, Ecorys and the National Deaf Children’s Society.
