ELLUC invests in Redditch

Civil and structural engineering consultancy ELLUC Projects has invested in Redditch as part of a major expansion and relocation of its Midlands office.

The move sees ELLUC acquire a 2,307 sq ft office building at 7 Regents Court, Far Moor Lane, Redditch, for an undisclosed sum.

Louis McLoughlin, managing director, said: “Four years ago ELLUC was a team of 10, with one small regional office in the North West.

“We now employ over 40 staff across three regional offices – the North West, Midlands and Yorkshire.

“We currently have 16 job vacancies and this will shortly increase with the launch of our new south London region later this year.

“Having a location which suits the requirements of our clients was a must, and 7 Regents Court does that.

“The office will support the vast expansion plans which we have for the Midlands region.”

Headquartered in Warrington, ELLUC Projects handles both residential and commercial projects such as house builder schemes, large PFI developments, prisons, schools, universities, student accommodation and supermarkets.

The fast growing business has moved from serviced offices in Solihull.
