Restaurant chain Bistrot Pierre is set to open the doors of its first Birmingham site this summer with its new eatery on Gas Street.
The move has seen the restaurant welcome Jason Hood to the Bistrot Pierre family as the restaurant’s general manager and his first job is to help recruit the 50-strong team.
Hood said: “I’m confident that the city’s food lovers will enjoy Bistrot Pierre’s relaxed but vibrant dining experience, ideal for family, friends, colleagues and couples.
“The location couldn’t be better – located right in the centre on Gas Street in a stunning building I know it’s going to capture peoples’ attention.
“Birmingham’s ready for a French bistrot and I think it will really get the attention of people in the city.”
The company is looking for staff in a variety of roles including sous chef and head chefs, waiting staff, front of house staff and a management team, in full time and part time roles.
Two recruitment days are being held at Jobcentre Plus on Summer Row, Birmingham between 10am and 5pm on 10 and 12 May to find the ideal candidates for the new venue.
