Led by brothers Mark and Paul Anthony, the firm uses a mix of high tech products, digital technology and comprehensive staff training in customer care to assist its growth.
Mark Anthony said: “Back in 2007, as the UK moved into recession, requests for patios and garden makeovers dried up.
"We saw a gap in the market to fix and service those customers who had been left behind by suppliers who had gone out of business leaving them with no service support.
“With the development of a successful service team and growing customer portfolio, A5 Spas sales of new hot tubs gathered momentum through referrals and recommendations. “
Currently employing a team of 20, the A5 Spas import premium brands from Canada and Italy, and boasts a 90 strong range of hot tubs.
As well as Coast Spas, swim spas and wood fired hot tubs, the Dordon superstore also offers Valkea cabins, steam saunas, luxury cedar gazebos, cedar Pods, BBQ huts, Aqquatix underwater exercise equipment, Gibus awnings and Alfa wood-fired pizza ovens.
Mark added: “The opening of the expanded showroom in Warwickshire marks the next chapter of growth for the company.
“We've invested heavily in European sales growth with a large warehouse, which means A5 Spas can take more orders to deliver and install customers’ hot tubs quickly in time for the summer.”
In addition to the Dordon location, A5 also have stores in Lincoln and St Albans.
