Digital Log Book to improve community homes

Digital Log Book to improve community homes

Birmingham-based Etive Technologies has signed a trio of new contracts to provide its digital data handling solutions to three UK property providers.

Solihull Community Homes and Gloucester City Homes have signed up to Etive’s Digital Log Book service; allowing their combined databases of nearly 40,000 tenants to better manage their tenancy and digital identity.

The Log Book will also enable each housing association and Council to streamline its services and personalise its offering.

Stuart Young, managing director of Etive, said: “By aggregating each user’s online data, the Digital Log Book will allow those in social housing to have privacy and control of their personal information and access to tailored services.

“It will also help people and organisations to avoid loss and data, making it both easily accessible and reusable for the user online.

“We are thrilled to be working with Solihull Community Homes and Gloucester City Homes moving forward to better support those in social housing.”
