On 30 May, Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill Birmingham will be hosting a series of drop-in sessions to recruit a team of 100 new employees across its portfolio.
The new staff members will join the existing team of over 200 full-time and part-time staff, in roles including waiters and waitresses, hosts and chefs, as well as conference and event staff.
The news follows the announcement of Bardolino, an exciting restaurant concept opening under the Black & White Hospitality brand later this year.
The brand is also on the lookout for two exceptional candidates to fill the roles of head chef and restaurant manager at the brand new Bardolino restaurant.

The drop-in sessions are being held at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill on Monday 30th May and candidates are invited along with their CVs from 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 5pm and 6pm – 8pm.
