Coleshill-based Candidate Source, which has helped agencies attract more than 1.5 million job candidates in just five years, is now a preferred affiliate supplier to APSCo, meaning its expertise with job boards will be provided to the organisation’s start-up and micro businesses as part of a tailored ‘New Enterprise’ offer.
Companies will be able to tap into support to create the right adverts, and benefit from a single point of contact for all their digital media buying. They will also have access to advert writing training that helps consultants understand how candidates view and select vacancies.

Candidate Source was set up by Michelle in 2010 after she spotted a gap in the marketplace for a resource that would provide job board support to recruitment firms across the UK.
Turnover last year crept past the £2.5m mark and, over the next twelve months, she is hoping to secure new contracts that will see the business hit £2.8m for the first time. If this is achieved, two new people will be added to the six-strong workforce.
