Warwickshire firm to create 15 jobs

A Warwickshire recruitment firm is set to bring 15 jobs to the county as part of a three-year expansion plan.

Path selection, a recruiter specialising in finding clients permanent roles in the accountancy, finance, marketing, HR and engineering sectors, has announced plans to expand its team from six to 21 by 2020.

The future growth has been complemented by a move from Rugby to a new 2,300 sq ft location in Stoneleigh Business Park, Kenliworth, as the firm looks to breaking a £1.2m revenue target in 2017.

Chris Folly, managing director of Path Selection, said: “Finding the right candidates has been tough for businesses in recent years as a war for talent has taken hold in a variety of specialist sectors.

“So I am delighted that we have been able to buck that trend and provide first-class service and candidates for our clients.

“That success has contributed to our future plans and meant that we can expand by moving from our current site in Rugby and into the well-connected Stoneleigh Park.

“It’s a move and an investment as part of our strategy working towards 2020 – a strategy that will see us trebling the size of the team with a variety of specialist recruiters, sales and administration roles.

“It’s great news for us but also for the economy in this corner of Warwickshire."

Path Selection is a division of the Midlands employment and training group, eResponse.

Joe Alekna, managing director of eResponse Group, added: “Since we launched Path Selection 18 months ago Chris has led the business to unprecedented levels of success, working with PLCs and SMEs to help them bring in the best talent available.

“We’re thrilled to announce more jobs and our relocation to Stoneleigh Park. It’s the perfect move at the perfect time for Chris and the team.”
