Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Michael Chamberlain, Colliers International’s Leeds Licensed & Leisure team has agreed a deal which will see a new craft and cask ale pub open its first establishment in Leeds.
Head of Steam, owned by Hartlepool-based Camerons Brewery, has taken space on the ground floor of 12 Mill Hill, Leeds, close to Leeds station.
Head of Steam currently has premises in Durham, Huddersfield and Newcastle, as well as pubs/bars operating under different names.
Chris Soley, director & general manager for Camerons Brewery said "We are delighted to once again have a pub back in the magnificent city of Leeds. Previously Camerons had a number of venues in the city and we are pleased be able to launch our Head of Steam brand here."
