The business, run by directors Nikki Guest and Dean Harrop, has enjoyed a 20% year-on-year rise to £4m turnover in 2015 and maintained profitability.
The engineering team has been boosted by the arrival of David Alderton from IT services business Highlander, Sheffield, while Michael Taylor becomes NGC’s first engineering apprentice.
In the network services team, Frank Broodie, Jessica Henfrey and Beth Coney have been appointed as operations co-ordinators.
Wakefield-based NGC has promoted Kelly Paynter to network services team leader, Paul Horbowyj to sales team leader and Jamie Green to technical services team leader.
The company is also recruiting sales account managers as it looks to grow its 25-strong workforce in the next six months.

Growth areas for the business include contact centres and call recording as well as supporting clients who take secure payments meet Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
