The Doncaster based firm has been in business for more than 100 years, founded in 1905, and now is embarking on a new venture to modernise the company.
The company has launched its new Barnsdales Living brand in Hallgate, Doncaster, and moved its commercial, facilities and property auction business to Sidings Court.
Managing Director Jason Barnsdale, whose great grandfather established the business, said: “We have developed the skills of our staff, modernised our brand and improved the way we do business.
"When I arrived I set a target of doubling our turnover by the end of 2016 and we are on course to achieve that with 20 per cent growth this year and the same in 2017.”
The workforce of 17 is also expected to increase in the coming months with graduate surveyors joining the head office.
