AWB Charlesworth to merge with Worger Howcroft

Law firm AWB Charlesworth, which has offices in Skipton, Keighley and Bradford, is set to merge with Bingley-based Worger Howcroft Solicitors.

The newly merged practice will offer legal services to business and private clients in and around Skipton, Keighley, Bingley and Bradford. 

Current directors of Worger Howcroft Solicitors, Andrew and Amanda Worger will become partners at AWB Charlesworth Solicitors on 1 April, making it a 10-partner law firm, with 60 staff across four offices.
