Iconic Leeds building sold for £23.7m

One of Leeds’ most iconic office buildings has been sold for £23.7m after extensive renovation restored it to its former glory.

Grade II listed St Paul’s House in central Leeds was bought by Michael and Steven Elghanayan’s EPIC UK from Boultbee Brooks Real Estate in an off-market deal.

St Paul’s House, which was built in 1878, was originally constructed as a warehouse and cloth-cutting works, but is now home to tenants including Cushman Wakefield, DAC Beachcroft LLP and Quality Care Commission.

Michael Elghanayan of EPIC UK said:  “Following its extensive and sensitive refurbishment, we believe St Paul’s House is a very attractive investment, given its superb location, excellent facilities, including parking, and impressive occupiers.”
